Outcome:  Felony theft 2nd degree case dismissed.

Description:  Client charged with felony level theft from her employer.  Resolved case with a plea bargain for a reduction to a misdemeanor and a deferred sentence which resulted in the charge against my client being dismissed after she paid restitution and completed community service hours.  Client was not required to serve any jail time.
